The reception staff were next level helpful and lovely. I can’t remember her name but she was there every day I stayed and checked me in.

Beautiful hotel, No amenities I stayed here the first week it opened so I already knew there were no pots and pans. Don’t really get the point of having the kitchen, who wants to bring all that? Other than that, very clean and comfortable. Don’t forget to bring your own EVERYTHING besides towels.

Dishes not included, then why have a kitchenette? Since this place is brand new it is quite nice inside; however, there is some confusion between the Woodsprings and hotels.com. I booked this place because of the kitchenette only to arrive and find that you have to bring or purchase your dishes and pans. The hotels.com listed showed that those items would be included. I guess this is supposed to be a long term stay hotel but they make you pay for dishes, pots and pans, etc. there is not even a toaster or a coffee machine in the room. no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissues. you have to ask for things like an iron or hairdryer. the staff was very nice and it was very clean but i did not bring the necessary things i needed to stay at this hotel because i was only staying one night and assumed they would be given like at any other hotel i have stayed in.
