Yeah It was great the customer service was remarkable
To whom it may concern! I arrived a bit early at around 2:30pm as they dont check people in until 3:00pm and I was made to wait in the lobby for a half an hour until it was exactly 3:00 pm with the explanation of "They are very srict here". It was at that time I was informed that if i wanted clean towels before the time they would normaly change linen that it would be a $ 1.25 charge. If you are looking for a comfortable home type feeling then this place is not it, honestly feels like you are in a office, the bed was comfy but we found some hairs in the bed. The bathroom did not come with shampoo or soap. The lady at the front desk did not know what she was talking about and check in took a long time.
The stay was amazing clean rooms and great stay love the fates of staying there with the lock doors down stairs only key entry
The front desk staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
My stay was short but hotel is very clean and homey.
