Great stay...internet rip off only gripe The internet was slow and unstable unless you paid extra ($3.99 for one night.)

Mayo visit Mayo appointment Room was nice but the air was very dry making it difficult to breathe.

no ice but clean and comfortable. There was no ice in the hotel and the carpet was stained. Other than that, the staff was nice, the room was clean and comfortable. Extended stay is extremely basic but comfortable.
I'll Book Here Again when I'm in Rochester. Very pleased. Helpful friendly staff. Wonderful condition and location.
VERY PLEASED - clean & friendly Stayed just over a week while going to Mayo Clinic. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. They removed most of the snow from the parking in a timely manner, and kept the front approach shoveled and salted.
a place to sleep for the night This place did the job, nothing special. Was looking for the most inexpensive option available and it was, bit disappointed that they did not have conditioner for my daughter though. i can see in cutting costs and not having it available in the room however i would like to have it available at front desk for the asking. or at least for purchase. it did the job a warm place to sleep for the night.
