Brand new hotel!6 Comfortable and spacious was our room. I️ appreciated the accommodations for an accessible bathroom. The entire room could have accommodated several more people comfortably. The walk in shower could use some handrails and bathmat of some size.we usually take our own but forgot this trip

Nice hotel close to amenities Awesome location close to theater and shops without entering Charlotte, NC.

Great price, very clean and comfortable. Only downside was traffic noise. However the AC drowned some of it out.

Just Good Enough Did not show that housekeeping is only done once a week. Spend 4 nights and had to exchange towels at front desk every day and take out our own trash. Comfortable bedding and clean but spartan is the best way to describe rooms. When checking in more than one charge was held on credit card. 2 days after checking out 3 charges are still showing pending and not cancelled.
