This Legacy Suites was relatively new so everything was nice and clean. Location was close to I77 so traffic was a little noisy, but not a real problem. Staff was very personable and helpful.

Overcharged for my room I was charged for five nights when I only stayed four. This happened several days ago and still hasn’t been corrected

Excellent The only issue I had is I paid cash at checkout and the hotel didn't release my bank card that I had the room on hold with so it look like I paid twice and I want my money back on my card since I paid with cash

I picked this hotel because the reviews were very positive and my first impression was that it was new and clean. As the evening went on, I discovered several problems. The recliner was broken and wouldn't recline, the sheets smelled like motor oil so I'm not sure they were changed from the previous guest, the floor and walls were paper thin and it sounded like someone was lifting/dropping weights above me, the night stand was so sticky I had to cover it with a magazine, and the bathroom door would't stay shut. Was on third floor and the people up on the fourth floor were like a bunch of cattle run around.
