Was an ok Pit Stop type of hotel First I went to the wrong "Extended Stay America" hotel! then we get there and everything was ok till I went to take a shower....No shampoo! room service doesn't have any. so I had to call the front desk to bring some up. After 15 minutes she shows up, bottles in one hand and a phone in the other! The next day I went to check out and there was no one there at the front desk. I stayed in a queen bed room with my boyfriend. The room was decent for the price paid considering I was only staying there to sleep. The small kitchen is definitely very convenient if you want to save some money and cook for yourself just make sure to bring pans or pots. Overall it's definitely not the Hyatt but if you're going to be there a minimal amount of time, you won't mind.

Arrived late - room not ready! Arrived around 9:30PM went to room..appeared someone was in room, but found out that it had just not been cleaned from previous guest. Was asked to move to handicapped room. Room was very basic..set up for wheel chair...

Great Value Hotel was absolutely spotless. Nothing fancy, but the price is right!

Safe and clean family stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Good experience overall. We would certainly stay there again.
