My stay was fine It's an average hotel, nothing special. It's in a noisy location but I was only there for 1 night.
Smoking rooms should be banned When you accept a non-smoking reservation, it should be available when you arrive. Instead the hotel stated that hotels.com customers get whatever is left over.
