Did not look like the pictures The hotel room did not look quite like the pictures. Also, our bathroom sink and the carpet in the main room had some weird discoloration. The room itself had an old and dusty smell that would hit you as soon as you walked in the door. Besides that, everything else was fine.

I like the staff, very helpful and kind. The room was okay. It had a lingering cigarette smell and in the bathroom, the smell was even stronger.

Sandy Utah hotel review We reserved 6 rooms for a family wedding. One room had water streaming into the bathtub and when I notified the front desk, I was told that they had notified a plumber, but he kept putting them off so there was nothing they could do about it. I had to insist that they switch us to a different room. Another room had to be switched due to extreme cooking smells. The hotel caters to construction workers who congregate outside the entrance doors to smoke. They were loud and cursed a lot. While this is not... read more

Noise factor... Great customer service! Unfortunately, you can hear people above you. If you're a light sleeper, you won't get the rest. We heard footsteps ALL night, sadly.

That our room had an entire kitchen! That was great and we weren't expecting it. Staff was very nice. we were pleased with our room, and everything worked that we needed to use for a one night stay.
