The staff was amazing and helped us with everything we needed. The biggest problem was that the internet was unreliable.

my night at extended stay My stay was nnot to good the bed was uncomfortable the sheets felt like sand paper i had to get another blanket and sleep between the blankets it was loud people yelling in the hallways slamming doors when i reported it they just said thank you for letting us know the employees were nice but i wouldnt pay to stay there again

Front desk staff were so incredibly nice. They were so warm and welcoming. They made sure I knew what was around for food and such. 5 stars for the front desk staff. The property overall though was a big let down. 2 stars. The room smelled funky, the heater was so loud consistent sleep was hard to achieve, the floor in the room was squeaky and so was the floor above the room. The walls are paper thin. Fine, comfortable enough Loud building, probably just Bc it’s a little old. The heater was not on in the room, and I didn’t realize it, so I froze in the night. Maybe they could just turn the heat on before we get there?

Sadly, due to covid breakfast was suspended and we didn't know until we arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved having the kitchen access! One reason I usually stay with Extended Stay is the kitchen, as I don't want to spend a fortune on food while traveling! Beds were kinda hard (not so comfy for me, as I like softer mattresses).
