Complete Dump This hotel is in an awesome location, but is a dump. Like a completely depressing dump. Everything about it is cheap, and you will find yourself annoyed at many things - insufficiently hot water, ultra cheap linens, basic cable, etc. I'm all about value and saving money, but you will likely kick yourself for not spending a bit more and avoiding this place.

Manger treated me like I was crap. Accused me of smoking in a room when I was on camera walking towards the trail in the back of the building. She charged 200 dollars. Cause she assumed i smoked caused she smelt me. I felt uncomfortable from the start staying there with country the way that it is right now. I walked across the street to chick-fil-A as I returned I saw the manger looking at me as if she was disgusted by the way I I looked. I liked the kitchenette however it was late by the time I checked in and found the sign that said I could get dishes for it. There were only 2 plastic cups in the room I woke about 2am to find a big puddle of water coming from under the fridge that was a sock soaking experience Morning came early as I was wakened to the morning clerk stating I hadn't paid that took 3 hours or more to clear up then promptly at 11 just after hanging up from my 3 HR phone call he knocked at the door and states I had paid but I needed to make su... read more

Worst parking lot ever! Parking was horrible. Only one way in and out of parking lot shared with a fast food restaurant. Traffic backed up more than a block in each direction just to get turned into parking lot. Absolutely no parking spots available due to business of restaurant. The room smelled like dirty feet. There were long dark hairs in the clean towels and shower walls.

Sucked not being informed with time to book a room We travled 4 hours to get there with my sister for app at the hos when we got there they had no room they said. You had over booked them and you had called us at 4pm we never recived any calls plus we were there at 415pm my sister had to be rush to hhos

We love the location and the little creek behind the hotel. However, there was only one person at check in (who was doing a great job) but there was a problem with the people in front of us' reservation. The phone kept ringing which she answered but which kept delaying her in assisting the other 5 couples who were waiting. the heater was broken and blew cold air all night. The sheets were also rough.

DON’T STAY HERE I tried to check in just after noon, but they wouldn’t allow it, that’s fine on a busy weekend but disappointing. However, it was all downhill. It took the registration staff 3 tries to get me into a room: (1) room was still Occupied by a guest who extended their stay, (2) the handle of the door on the inside of the room came off in my hand (see pict) which is represent of the condition of the hotel and also a MAJOR fire hazard, (3) a fine but rather dated and beat up room.
