Great location, but VERY DIRTY, refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it, I requested maintance to come and take a look, they had a whole day to fix it, but never came buy. Night stand had been chewed on by a dog. The whole place, although being non-smoking, smelled like smoke. I would of paid xtra and stayed at a nicer place. WORST EXTENDED STAY AMERICA IVE EVER SEEN.

I was not given the room that I booked through Expedia. I booked a room with two beds for three adults and one child. They didn't have the room available so they offered me a room with one bed a sofa that pulls out to a bed and they would bring over a rolling bed. The sofa bed was terrible to sleep on it had a metal bar going down the middle that you felt through the mattress. The rolling bed was like sleeping on a bag of aluminum cans. They did discount $20 which was definitely not worth having a terrible night sleep.

There were carpet stains throughout. There were stains on the sofa, and the curtains appeared to be weighted by old grease from people cooking in the room for a number of years. The air from the A/C un... read more
