At check-in we were advised the elevator was broken so they had to give us another room on the first floor since my husband has had two back surgeries and can’t do the stairs. The first room they sent us to have not been made up at all since the last guest. The second room they sent us to was an upgrade to a king instead of a queen which was nice. 1 ) No good slee, because the bed is too soft! 2) 2nd day, both of our room were not clean. 3) Paid twice to dry our load of laundry

DIssapointed , Air conditionings were getting cleaned @ 7 0r 8 oclock in the morning , checked in late night before , were very tired and would have like ot rest some more ,

Front desk staff in different Speaks to quickly to be understood, and when asked to repeat has an attitude. Every area of this property is filthy. Public and in the rooms

It smelled, remote didn't work, lamp switch broken, inefficient check in. No glassware or ant amenities in room-

Dirty Room The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned for a very long time. There was hair on the toilet seat. Carpet had not been vacuumed for some time

Room was very dirty. Stains on floor, chairs, bathrooms looked look or they have not been cleaned in weeks. Will not be staying at an extended stay again
