Big disappointment I was very disappointed with this hotel. It is in a great location, so I had high hopes. It is easy walking distance to shopping and a lot of great restaurants, and there is a walking trail right behind the hotel that leads to a very nice city park. However the clientele is sketchy, and the hotel needs a good cleaning, inside and out. Creepy Stay Hotel The hotel is very run down. I arrived at 9:30 pm, very tired from a day of travel. I was told I got the last room. I hauled all my luggage up a dirty elevator that smelled like fish and when I arrived in my room I found it had not been cleaned and was filthy from the prior occupant. Needless to say, I was a little freaked out. Extended stay hotel sugarhouse Salt Lake City Extended stay hotel sugarhouse Salt Lake City Rooms not clean, spots on floor, Spots on bathroom mirror, sink not clean, kitchen counter dirty, bed covers questionable. Had to change rooms because of urine smell.. Elevator and hallways dirty. Trash piled up. Terrible check-in procedure required requiring all adults to show ID and sign . Staff person pleasant but procedure bad. Never stay extended stay again.

Bad experience Place was dirty. Had to ask three times to get room cleaned. I ask for a credit but all manager would do was send me a certificate for a night stay.
