Beds were decent and it was fairly quiet. Room relatively clean with the exception of dirt behind bathroom door and discoloration of caulk (mold?) The hallways and elevator are not well kept at all which kind of made me uncomfortable about the hotel in general. Very little in the way of amenities in the room. The worst part was no coffee - some of us count on it to get us going in the morning. There was coffee in the office, also 2 kinds of cellophane wrapped muffins and oatmeal packets for breakfast. Staff was helpful and great service. Nice location and convenient for our trip to Sugar House Park and Lagoon. Really clean rooms!!! Some homeless around but nothing to bad. Will return. Decent rates for the area. Grab and go breakfast was nice.
Facility Supervisor Very friendly the staff, the room was conformable and quiet the accessibility to the main roads are easy.

Breakfast was very good! Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. This is my favorite place to stay downtown!
