The hotel was in the midst of a major renovation so not many rooms available. Front desk staff very nice and made big effort to get us in the best room available.

The customer service was great. The room was functional. The area around the hotel was busy and so it was a bit loud but the laundry facilities were great and easy to use.
All was well, everything was clean, things were a bit noisy, but passable.

Location was right on the creek. Love the sound of the water from my room door. Accommodating are simple. But had everything I needed at a great price.
We have stayed there many times over the last 14 years. The so called renovated rooms were more like a cold hospital room. The floors were very dirty as was the elevator and hallways. The staff was pleasant but you had to go downstairs for anything you needed because there wasn’t even a hairdryer in the room.

Pleasantly surprised The room was quite comfortable and spacious. The hotel was under renovation and I’m sure will be great when it is finished. The breakfast is minimal with some muffins, nutrition-grain bars and oatmeal packets. The setting is next to a beautiful walking train with a path to SugarHouse park. The downside was that the parking is minimal (but a garage is available) and the Chick fil a in the parking lot can be very busy making it tough to get to the hotel.
