Excellent staff and service When we arrived there was a problem with our room. The previous occupant was refusing to leave. The staff bent over backwards to make sure we had a room for the night. They were obviously distressed over the situation. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely select this hotel when we return to SLC.

I was there for my mother‘s funeral. I needed just my own space for after events both times the front staff were kind and gracious, caring, loving, and very understanding.
Troy at the front desk was wonderful. Absolutely the best front desk employee I have ever encountered and I am a seasoned traveler and hotel guest. I would come back just for that kind of service.
Excellent stay in SLC are, clean rooms, amenities working well, no smelly environment. Walk in distance to dining, shopping and entertainment. Will stay again
The staff is really nice
Circumstances that lead me here were not great, so that did put a damper on the experience. For the price, this place was ok. It seemed safe, worn out and not as clean as I would like. The staff was friendly but not always available.

The property lobby smelled like cigarettes. The cleaning staff wasn’t in uniform or the check in person. It seemed very run down. The cleanliness left much to be desired. Specially in the bathroom. The shower had a hair and debris from poorly scrubbing and/or wiping it down. The water had a terrible smell and the bathroom drain sink did as well.
