Hotels.com overbook????? Our reserved king room was unavailable. According to employee Hotels.com over booked the room. I doubt that....we were not compensated in any way for this error. We were stuck. The room was nice. The air conditioning unit had a loud whine. Overall I was glad 530am came so I could get up and get out of there.....
