Great for the price. Area is good for getting around as near 215 and easy access north and south from midvale.

Property is rather run down and while not "filthy", it really could use a good cleaning (not only the room being a bit grubby - the hall looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks).

Bathroom is too small can' shut the door The room was clean, the service was good. The bathroom was so tiny you can't shut the door without standing in the tub. Can't dress in there. No privacy. 👎
