Pleasantly surprised I read others reviews, some negative some positive so I wasn't expecting much. The room I got was HUGE... everything was clean and fresh. My stay ended up being much more comfortable than I had anticipated.

Good stay Overall the room and experience was good. The check in and check out was very easy. The only problem was that on the day of check out I asked for an extended time to noon. It was a decent stay with my family I loved this stay. Mostly I preferred to stay in extended stay hotel because of kitchen included in the hotels and also they provide vessels. It was a very big room and spacious area around. M family liked that big and clean room very much. I stayed here in Dec 2014.

Stayed Room smell is just about the only complaint we had while staying here. We are not saying this is a 5* hotel, but for what you pay its more than you can expect. Room is decent size, kitchen, tv. If we need a short stay in San Antonio, we will go here for this price.

We're here to help should Really be their Motto Having Stayed at several Extended Stay Hotels recently, I was first impressed by the Staff. Before I arrived, they perceived a potential problem and called to make sure I was put in an appropriate room rather than the one that looked like the best deal on the web. Since my arrival, from Housekeeping to Management have always been super accommodating...

Large, clean rooms! Friendly staff! The room was clean and the perfect size for my family of 6. Convenient location close to I-10. The staff is friendly. The room just needs a little updating.

WE WILL BE BACK SOON We really enjoyed the stay, the rooms were big and we fit perfectly all 6 of us also it was about a 10 minute drive to fiesta texas

Nice spacious hotel for families with kids Nice hotel, staff was great. Our AC didn't work that well, but they came and made it work a little better.
