Worst experience Room was dirty. Stains in the carpet. Door handle in the bathroom was broken. Water leaking in the ceiling corner with water stain. On top of all that, our room key didn’t work. All the hotel staff was gone NOBODY that works in the hotel was in the building. A fellow guest had to figure it out how to reprogram our room key at 2 am. I’ve never seeing anything like this before. Totally unacceptable

The lobby and the room did not smell good, they need to take pride in keeping the environment smelling good.. in my room yhe curtains appeard to be dirty,

The outside of the hotel was the nicest part of this place. Upon entering the hotel lobby smelled like weed. The front desk receptionist informed us that there was a mix up with our reservation and our room wouldn’t be ready for an additional hour. After checking in, our room had roaches on the kitchen counter, the tub faucet wouldn’t turn off and leaked all night, the bathroom tub was also rusted from this issue, sticky residue on the floor, and a huge bulge in the walls (not sure if it was water damage or a poor paint job)... read more

THE ONLY BEAUTIFUL THING ABOUT THE HOTEL ARE THE PHOTOS SHOWN ON EXPEDIA... BUT IT IS A TOTAL DECEIT. BECAUTE THE HOTEL IS DIRTY, THE STAFF HAVE NO ETHICS AT ALL (NOR DO THEY KNOW WHAT ETHICS IS) THE FIRST ROOM THEY GAVE ME HAD RAT FACES, THE SECOND ROOM THEY GAVE ME HAD A SCANDALOUS NOISE FROM THE REFRIGERATOR, I LEFT BEFORE TIME TO EVEN THOUGH IT WOULD NOT BE REFUNDABLE

Me cobraron un depósito, del cual no mencionan antes de hacer la reservación, y ahora tengo q esperar a q regresen mi dinero, también la habitación están sucia, y la atención nula, no había nadie en recepción para atender absolutamente nada, y para hacer el check in tardaron como 40 min ya q no había nadie, y parece q una empleada tenía un amigo ahí, el cual se quedó a dormir en el lobby. La última vez cucarachas en la habituación. Y parece q no les importa ya q hacen caso omiso a las quejas!!

Beware This spot is LIT... For thieves. Ive been here a little over a week and a coworkers truck was broken into. A few days later they stole my brother's truck along with another persons truck thats also staying at this hotel IN ONE NIGHT. That aside, the hotel is way over priced for what you get. This at best is worth $55 a night and even then i wouldnt come here agin risking my vehicle getting broken into or stolen

Almost all of the furniture in the room was worn and damaged. There was a bug in the room. Nothing seemed clean. We would have left if it wasn’t our only option.

The "extended stay" kitchen had zero dishes, pans, utensils. No TV remote. Not a single thing in any drawer. Bed sagged. Not recommended.
