Do not stay! The room was in terrible condition, the kitchenettes drawers are all broken, cockroache problem as well. Didn’t sleep do to think if a cockroach would be on top of me.

The lobby is the cleanest part of the building. Roach problems, no kitchen utensils until well into the trip. Because of the area being nice I felt safe to book, but didn’t expect a dirty stay. Won’t be staying again. When I brought the cockroaches to their attention, I was given bug spray - which while nice, I would’ve rathered a refund.

The roaches done moved in! Stay away from this hotel. Looks nice on the outside in a nice area of San Antonio but beware. Our room had roaches. In the shower, bathroom fixtures, crawling on the microwave, and the walls.

Window entirely opens with zero screen or protection to keep a child from falling out of hotel. The room stinks. There are no shades. The bathtub doesn’t have a stopper to use tub for children. The phone doesn’t work. And the elevator can be heard opening and closing all night. Horrible hotel. Really. Horribly hotel experience. Worst ever for me.
