Hotel is a bit strange. Hotel is a bit strange. There is no ice for example. The staff is polite but not trained well to respond to the guests questions. They seem to be waiting for someone else to know what to do. I wrote out for them two simple items that needed attention in the room. The shower valve wouldn't turn off the water unless I really turned it hard; so hard it felt like it would break. The bathroom door wouldn't latch. Neither of these things are hard to fix. Nice July 4th stay. The room was nice not great. Kitchen area awesome. Room could have "felt" a bit cleaner...think it had to do with bedding. No need for service staff friendly.Location a bit far out however only about 20 to 30 minutes door to door to most tourist locations. Felt the rates were a bit stiff, however I think all San Diego rates are strong althought it was the 4th of July weekend and all hotels were full. All in all a good stay and love the ability to have kitchen facilities.

average hotel average hotel, clean enough, no surprises. Major thing that wasn't good was our shower head... after taking a shower for about 3 minutes, the area around the shower head started to make really loud vibration noises, and it lasted until I turned off the water. Tried several things but the noisy always came back. Felt really sorry to our neighboring guests (if any) because I was showering late in the evening.

Not close to restaurants No swimming pool no ice machines shower made loud noise when turned on, no daily room service no close restaurant around area all fast food, was easy to get there right off the freeway.

everything was exceptional except the bed.impossible to sleep even checked to make sure I wasn't sleeping on a box spring -need to invest in decent beds

The stay was good but would be great IF having to pay over $100/night would at least come with a full breakfast and not a grab a bag/continental breakfast.

Nice little hide away I really liked staying there. The staff was nice and courteous. The room was clean. Overall I loved it!

Great Location & Very up to date Hotel! Staff was very friendly, the location is great, many places to eat and shop nearby and the highways are close by. The rooms and building is very up to date with furniture, electronics, maintenance. Very clean and comfortable, many amenities for a short or long stay. Will stay here at this location in the future!
