Great location close to restaurants and stores. It was a last minute booking. Great for the price. The only complaint I have is the Queen bed didn't seem like a queen. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Clean facility and friendly staff The only complaint I have is the grab-and-go breakfast. The muffins were awesome, but if you're expecting something more like Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn breakfast, you will be disappointed. They did say it was a grab-and-go, but I was still a little disappointed. You have to think is it worth another $20/night to have a more fulfilling breakfast? To me, it was.

Just an o.k. place. Room seemed dirty. Halls, elevators, garbage cans, all needed attention. Bedding and pillows are horrible! No hot water, just warm at best. Nothing exciting about this place what-so-ever.
Served its purpose Used it for what I needed it for. Thanks for the upgrade.
Time at the dog beach The hotel was 3 1/2 stars, The bed was very firm (hard).

Very nice It was clean and the service was great. They could have had more to offer at their breakfast.
Great location and close to downtown SD Convienent location, room has a frig, microwave, and stove which is great! No charge for parking and free wifi. Overall stay is nice.
business and pleasure trip We went to SD for business and to see family. The hotel was very convenient for the mini-kitchen to have some meals in the room. The breakfast they offered was pretty meager and mainly dry stuff. The staff is young but very polite and helpful. There is no real lobby to wait or meet family or have their breakfast.
