Location was good for my purposes This is a straightforward efficiency hotel. I like that there is a kitchen if you wanted to cook something and the refrigerator was full-sized. The room size is pretty spacious. The bathroom was okay for the most part, except that the tub was in need of cleaning. The faux granite-type texture seemed more to hide stains and dirt than serve any real aesthetic purpose. The tub was old and had bare spots in the texture. I found a few hairs in the tub so it hadn't been cleaned well.
Way to much for the room , I live in Las Vegas , Rooms to small , showers suck ! No pressure, the floors needed a rug, the bedding needs better quality. The breakfast was a joke !

I didn't appreciate having to wait until 5:00 pm to check into my room
Stayed one night for work. Would gladly extend my stay and/or stay again. Cleanest room I have stayed in in a long time, including 5 star resorts. LOVED the vinyl flooring. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

We stay here for the first time for our Anniversary. We love it because it was reasonable & everything is walking distance.

The room was super small for everything in it. Anything you wanted to use including a hair dryer to forks had to go through the front desk which is different than other ESA that we have stayed at. They double booked our room and at first put us in a 1 bedroom handicap accessible room (we are a family of 4). After telling him several times that we booked on Expedia we finally got up to a 2 bedroom but it set the tone for the rest of our stay.

beware of slow internet speeds. the normal speed is about 0.5gps download and if you pay for the upgraded wifi the speed jumps to 1.95gps download.
