Nice hotel and clean. Check in & checkout was real quick. Our room was clean . Overall it was a good experience

At least answer the phone The Good: The hotel is placed close to highway( Hwy 78) but you can't really hear the traffic from the room, the hotel it's surrounded by golf courses. There is plenty places to eat within 2-3 minutes car ride. The rooms are big, offers plenty space and gives you the kitchens, sink to be able to do some cooking. The bad: The Hotel needs upgrade ASAP, you see it as soon as you take the one and only elevator, which looks more like a freight elevator. Safety shoes to walk on the carpet We expect all the plates and kitchen utensils to be in their proper places when we arrived, but we have to ask for all of these including shampoo, nail was sticking out of the carpet, that made a cut on one of the guest foot.

The restroom cloud be cleaner I would have given a higher review.
Wet carpet When I booked the room it was fine, unfortunately the carpet was shampooed and was wet which got my bags wet as well as my socks and feet. The only way to air out the musty smell from the shampooed carpets was to spray room air freshener keep my window open and run the ac all nigh , Then I froze.
Location was close to a lot of shopping areas. Very comfortable and clean. Great value for the money. Kitchen facilities were a big plus.
