Thin walls We stayed on the 2nd of three floors and could hear the footsteps of the people above us all night.

Just Right Easy to find and conveniently located. Needs some updating (beds, A/C unit, kitchen). Walkable neighborhood. Starbucks & grocery store within walking distance. Safe parking lot. Appropriately priced. About a 20 minute walk to the light rail system (Santa Teresa Station). Driving times: 50 minutes to SF Airport, 20 minutes to San Jose, 40 minutes to Santa Cruz (beach), 30 minutes to Gilroy / Wineries.

The hotel was nice. The continental breakfast setup should be different and more inviting. There was no shampoo or blow dyers in the room, things I normally see in a hotel room. For the price I paid at least shampoo should have been provided.

Customer service from hotels. Com is not so great. First time I called they just disconnected the phone. I had to call back.

good location Nice to have dishes, but didn't have any pots, pans or skillets in the room. Personnel very friendly and helpful.
