Got what I paid for The front desk was perfect! Very helpful and quick to process paperwork.

kitchen amenities I love the Hotel, but they have changed, I had to ask for all the kitchen amenities, cus they are no longer provided in the room, other then that it was a perfect stay. I always love to book rooms their.

Hotel Room I arrived and was given a room key for 122 when the clerk told me the room was in 120. So I went into 120 and used the key card to get into the room. It was different from any hotel room I stayed in since there was no normal shower but one with a seat. Also there was a full size refrigerator, stove and large bathroom. I usually stay at my timeshare but there are none in San Jose so chose Extended Stay America because of the price. I got out to get some food and come back to find my door key does not work. Safe and Clean near my elderly disabled parents Check in was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful. I felt that I had the safest room in the whole complex. I was down a hall near the Front Desk.

快適です。 料理器具や食器をフロントから借りなければならないのはちょっとめんどくさい。 近くにスーパーがあるので、そこで買って長期滞在にはいいですね。 朝食はコーヒーとちょっとしたものですが、宿泊代もそんなに高くないので、 不満があるなら、自分で食料買ってきたら。。といいたい。 ただ、サンノゼダウンタウンとかまでちょっと遠いかな。

Reasonable rates The hotel was nice & clean staff was polite & helpful. The halway & rooms smelled of stale smoke. It was supose to be smoke free room but it smelled of smoke. if you are senative to smoke i would stay away. nice nieborhorhood. I did sstay for 10 days. resonable rates. Don
