Great hotel & receptionist; rude manager? The hotel was wonderful. Clean & surrounded by tech companies; safe area. The young lady at the desk was very nice, her name is Vanessa. There was one problem, when you book a room with a third party like I did, they place a $100 hold on your card. I didn't know that & Vanessa was explaining it but there was a rude large, Latina, maybe a manager? Very rude! She also was starting to say the room wasn't ready but Vanessa checked & it was. OK stay A little overpriced. It's good we only stayed there for two nights. When we got back to our room on the second day, the room was in the same order from the time we left it in the morning. It's bad enough they did not vacuum or clean the room, the fact that they did not even give us fresh towels. will not go back or recommend it.

peaceful It was very clean, and quiet. It has everything you could need nearby and a kitchen to cook your favorite home cooked meals.

Just so so Not impressed, it is just so so, it is not matching with the higher rate of this hotel. Need to stay to be close to Milpitas area for business this time. However, will probably stay at other hotels next time, even with some distance to Milpitas.

Nice stay great harbor view. Close to beach away from waikiki's crowd.

Excellent!! I highly recommend this hotel! I am a clean freak and this hotel was super clean. The staff was super helpful.

Homestead San Jose-- Completely serviceable It was rated as 2 stars and that maybe a little low. Everything was fine just not exceptionally. I did not eat the continental breakfast but walked 15 minutes to Starbuck and ATM machine. Typically suite hotel--but a a little smaller than normal. More like a studio apartment then the more suite.
