Waited close to a half hour for someone to come to the front desk to check in. Once she check us in, she was terrific! No laundry bag in room.

The room we had was right off the lobby. It was so noisy we could not sleep. It felt like we had people in our room coming and going all night. Hardly any sleep. The room was okay. The kitchen sink drain was clogged. Someone had poured grease down it. But we did not use the kitchen so that was not a problem.
