no one at desk before 7am. No water for guests at breakfast bar. when I checked in to my room, dirty towels on bathroom floor. No daily cleaning for hotel guests. Bed was hard. A/C was loud.

Visit to Morgan Hill Rooms just remodeled and painted. Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Coffee pot empty in the morning at 8:30am.

Nice Hotel close to the freeway so easy to see. Nice Kitchen and nice rooms. When I went they were still renovating the place so I'm sure it will be a better experience next time. Overall Good Stay

Poor Guest Service My friend forgot her ring there. We didnt realize it until twenty min later, I called right away, and spoke with the girl behind the desk. She didnt even bother to ask cleaning room pwrson and said NO right off the back. Very Disapointing with there servive. Hampton Inn will be my choice next time.

No surprises You get what you expect. This is an economic hotel, nothing fancy but it's clean (rooms are cleaned once a week). Wifi is spotty. Having the kitchen with fridge and microwave is a big plus.

Everything pretty good. Modern look. Not enough parking spaces. No in room movies. No enclosed closet space.

The stay was very nice until we tried to extend it by one night, the lady at the front desk was very rude and said they were full and couldn't extend it by one night. Turns out they weren't full and we booked another night through hotels.com again. Other than that one lady the staff was very nice and the hotel was quiet. There was one guest who stood out in the parking lot by his truck smoking who gave me a creepy vibe so I didn't go out that door alone.
