So-so stay. Check in was relatively painless, although the man at the front desk had a hard time communicating with another couple behind me who needed to use a restroom. They left in a huff, which ruffled the guy at the front desk. The bed frame had an unwelded section and it made a really loud POP all night long. The screen at the window was off and it flopped in the wind and made a noise. Overall, it was an okay stay, not great, not horrible.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable! We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Bishop Ranch East. The room was good sized with full-size refrigerator and kitchenette. The room was very clean. The location is great, with easy parking and safe neighborhood. Matt at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We will be staying there frequently in the future.

Nice choice in San Ramon Extended Stay America Suites Bishop Ranch East is in a nice location (just off Crow Canyon Road in San Ramon). Wifi worked well. Breakfast was simple but good (instant oatmeal, granola bars, muffins, hot drinks).
