Cleanliness Room did not feel clean.. like cleaned with dirty water. It looked clean but did not feel like it was disinfected either. The floor felt like dirty- my sons socks were dirty! The bathroom sink was clogged.

Good access to freeways. A short drive to Goleta, Santa Barbara, and UCSB. Walk to In-N-Out. Good size room with all the amenities. Staff supplied whatever kitchen supplies we asked for.
Our stay was fine; but there was pincher bugs in the closet, spider webs in the corners, hair in the tub and I’m pretty sure mold in the bathroom. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. But the staff was super friendly.

Overall, it was a good/okay experience. Room was clean. No one was ever at the front desk when we walked into the lobby. We had to wait for someone to come out each time. Friendly staff. Room was not stocked with cooking utensils. We had to ask for each individual item. Our key cards continuously stopped working. Needed to replace three times during a four night stay. Would go back.
