Stay Here! Our stay was awesome, the staff is friendly and courteous. I received a call 10 minutes after checking in to see if I had any concerns about the room. I felt like a valued customer. Kudos to Kyler! Your customer service is second to none.

My girls (13,10, 8) enjoyed the stay. Usually their criteria is the speed of Wi-fi which was great. Unfortunately for myself, I could hear almost everything through the walls as well as the loud heater and refrigerator clicking, so as long as I have ear plugs, it will be fine.

Santa Barbara Trip Room wasn’t ready by checking time of 3:00 PM and must wait for more than 1/2 hr. Ventilation in bathroom very noisy.
