It was convenient to the St. Joseph Candler Hospital. The staff was nice. It got noisy at night, sounded like people running up and down stairs but other than that great

Employée agressive le 5e jour contestant notre réservation de 6 nuits malgré la présentation de celle-ci. Un manager a dû intervenir pour l'obliger à nous donner une nouvelle carte pour ouvrir notre chambre. Stress inutile de 30 minutes. Dommage cet hôtel est bien situé pour les bus.

The stay was good with exception of the room smelling of cigarette smoke. It was a non smoking room but smelled entirely too strong of cigarette smoke

Staff excellent / room was ok but not up to standards as what I had seen in Jacksonville. Breakfast was not good Some of it had not arrived.

Needs maintenance and better upkeep. Staff was friendly. Several lights in our room were blown out. The countertop was missing the edge trim all the way around. The tv only played analog (non HD) channels.
