Ran out of toilet paper and the lady at the desk did her best to try to get to supply to get what we needed. She was unable to do so, but brought us a tissue box for our use and apologized profusely. I think that she was the only person on duty and might have been unable to leave the check-in desk. This occurred in the evening hours.....well after any maids were available. I was a little disgruntled about having to dodge luggage handling carts left in the hallways as well as personal effects. Room was decent.

Room was not clean, I did not complain to the staff because I felt it would of been useless!

Easy access from main highways, the place is fairly clean and the staff was friendly, we did smell cigarette smoke at night which was bothersome,

Nasty room Had to change rooms 2 times one was really dirty. Second non smoking room smelled like smoke. Won’t be staying again at this chain.

It’s a Ok property but they accept dogs The location of the hotel is good and the bed is very comfortable but the hotel is old and the service poor. This property is a little inferior than the usual Extended Stay America properties. We stayed here because they accept dogs and they charge a fair fee per night.
