Get exactly what you pay for Mid grade hotel at mid grade price. Just off the 405 so convenient. Bed was rough and loud but everything was clean, super friendly staff and nice looking pool.

The hotel and location was nice, the grunt desk person was very helpful, but i think they were understaffed. We had one towel in our hotel room, no wash cloth. Our sink was clogged when we arrived. There weren't any towels in the pool area.

Amazing I absolutely loved it! Full kitchen and great price. Staff was beyond AMAZING. There was an odd smell on the 3rd level, but not in our room. Pool was nice and super fun! Everything was clean. Pull out mattress wasn't the best, but for 2 little kids they loved it!

Quiet, clean, nice rooms with kitchenette First off, Tyler at the front desk was hands down the best customer service representative I have encountered in all my hotel travels in the US! That guy deserves promotion and a raise for sure. Hotel was clean, fairly newly updated with comfy rooms providing a nice sized kitchenette. Fit my family of five comfortably. Pool was nice for an outside one, privately located in between the surrounding rooms. DO NOT count on a real breakfast here however as it was just some packaged muffin... read more

Hoping for more Free WiFi not working. I had to terrible shoot with a 877 number to get it to work. Pool towels out. Loud guest in the court yard till almost 2 am. Free breakfast?..grab and go small muffins near the floor. Pretty sure the guests just took over the place while managment just met the demands.

Feeling just so so about our stay Our first room was filthy and stunk of incense. Our second room was a little cleaner, but not super clean by any stretch. The beds were not terribly comfortable and there was only 1 nightstand making it inconvenient for the person who had the side without the nightstand. The property itself was convenient to the highway. The staff were ok, but did not go out of their way to make you feel welcome. If the price were better I might stay again, but would probably look for a nicer place.

Not enough towels This hotel is nothing fancy. It was clean and in a convenient location for us. My main complaint was that since the hotel provides housekeeping service only once a week, they should at least provide an adequate supply of towels. We (2people) were there 3 nights, and they only provided two bath towels. I assume if we had been there 7 nights, we would have had to make do with only 2 towels. To me, this is not adequate.

One night was Enough Rooms were a bit on the small size, ours had a queen bed and sofa bed, the sofa bed needs to be replaced....mattress was in really bad condition. Other than that it was a comfortable stay for 1 night.
