Nice stay! It was good. Hotel staff is very helpful. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Lack of breakfast!

Bad customer service First night was a mess sofa bed was really bad condition stains on mattress queen bed was ok but sheets had again lots of yellow stains asked front desk for pillows said will call me when ready never did at 1:00 am I called again and the front desk lady was way rude and said I haven’t left front desk and can’t look for pillows.

Broken Door Handles to the second floor entry way, broken lock for the pool, lock didn’t work for fitness center. No pool towels in the pool towel bin. Made a reservation to include 5 people was only give enough amenities to accommodate 2 people. Room smelled like wet carpet/dog pee, had to buy our own air freshener to leave in the room. Breakfast was a “grab and go” mini muffins and granola bars. Half the time there was no person at the front desk to ask for help/things.
