建議入住時先檢查房間是否打掃過 我的房間並未在入住之前被清理。一開始僅發現冰箱下層有未用完的食物，及浴室水槽有一些頭髮和未用盡的香皂，本不以為意，想説打掃的人粗心大意，等到洗完澡準備上床睡覺時，翻開看起來整理的很好的床罩及被單時，赫然發現被單和床單上有幾根頭髮，4個枕頭都有睡過的頭皮味，實在太出乎意料，還好櫃檯當晚值班的小姐幫忙找乾淨的床單被單及枕頭，才度過第一個夜晚，隔天雖然請她們清潔房間，但印象大打折扣。之後住了一個星期，雖然房間裡一直有一些味道，整體而言cp值還算高，主要是飯店地點不錯，附近就有兩家超市，房間的小廚房很好用，雖然排水管不是這麼順暢，另離高速公路近， 距Seattle及Bellevue約20幾公里，算相當方便。

Comfortable Family Home Away from Home The staff were helpful and friendly. Great restaurants and grocery stores conveniently located in vicinity. Public transit nearby but buses were infrequent and time consuming so car is essential if limited time. Breakfast was ok but closes too early even on weekends. Pantry was a real plus! Great value for money!

We were very pleased with the convenience of establishments locally.Thought we were at the one with pool however,, so were disappointed....Make sure you say Extended Stay PLUS if you require that..!!

More cleaning and some maintenance required Breakfast is very economical. Overall is good. The kitchen is very beneficial.

Extended Stay America - Bothell I stayed at this hotel for three nights while doing business at a company in nearby Kirkland. I only had one problem with the hotel, but it was a fairly major problem. Upon checking in, it was obvious that the room had not been cleaned after the previous guest had checked out. The sheets on the bed were dirty, and there was quite a bit of hair throughout the room. "Comfort and Convenience" Went there straight after work. Check-in was quick and pleasant. The desk attendant let me know what conveniences were in the immediate area. The room was very nice, even had a clean smell. The bed was very comfortable and i slept wonderfully. Will definately be back and highly recommend a stay here.

Good hotel for family Tidy and clean . Very good service. A lot of store and resturant nearby . If you drive this is really a good hotel

Near the 405. Our first floor room was clean and in good shape. Our bathroom door would float three quarters of the way open unless we completely shut the door. Very frustrating. Next time I would request a different room. Breakfast is very minimal, but with a refrigerator, stove and microwave in your room it is easy enough to fix your own.
