REMODELED This hotel chain has come along way with their remodeled locations. We stayed at one in Denver locations about 8 years ago and swore we would never do that again. But with Seattle/Bellevue prices, this is a great alternative to try. We used to live in the neighborhood so knew the area was great. The price made it even better.I could hear people in the rooms around me, but the rooms are comfortable, clean and there are ALOT of restaurants that are all within walking distance. Close to highway and business area Great room and service. They are set up for extended stays, so not having a breakfast was a down point. But I do like having a kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. There is no cleaning of your room unless you request it. But it was a very comfortable and nice stay for 6-7 days. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel located to multiple grocery stores, fast food, cafes, restaurants, banks, gas stations, etc.

Good economic choice By design this property substitutes lower prices for reduced service levels. Room was comfortable. Internet easy to access. Heating control was broken so A/C turned on at same time as heater...Result was excess noise and not-warm enough room. Took two nights to realize this and staff didn't repair adequately before third night. But, they did provide add'l blankets and I was comfortable.

Courtesy and comfort at the right price Odor from spicey foods in hallway should be addressed.

Lovely room to return to at night The room was very comfortable/clean/attractive and spacious. The front desk was great; patient, helpful, kind. It can be difficult to exit south, especially into the east bound turn lane from the hotel parking lot/access road because of the regular backup of traffic in that turn lane.

Adequate value As advertised with no frills or extras. Traffic can make it difficult to get back on the freeway.

Comfortable and clean There was a slight moldy odor in the bathroom, but I could see no visible evidence of it. I was hoping it wasn't under the flooring or in the walls. The grab and go breakfast it definitely what they call it. It was a very nice hotel and stay.

It was either staying in Bothel West or Lynnwood. Bothel West doesn't have the same traffic as Lynnwood because of the Mall. Lots of resturants and there is an Albertson's across the street. If you were expecting a waffle and juice breakfast, it doesn't exist. Just muffins, coffee, cereal and fruit. Staff was helpful. If I needed an address they printed out mapquest directions.
