Friendliness of staff and nice environment The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel was going through its corporate renovation, but it did not cause any distraction. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quite cozy. I would like to have had more fruit variety for breakfast, but the food was good.

Great family hotel Large room only thing missing was breakfast, small kitchen was a real bonus. Close to several restraunts all within walking distance.

A Pleasant Stay We were very pleased with our 1-night stay at Extended Stay. Our only complaints were that the bed was far too hard (but we were tired and slept soundly anyway) and there was no in-room hair dryer. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay that suited our purposes.

Good but could be better. The bathroom had long hair in it I dont have long hair.The vaccum must have been broken that day for the carpet.

Excellent hotel Very convenient location north of Seattle. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff and clean, spatious room.

Basic and Fine The most important thing for us was the location. It was convenient to both Alderwood Mall and Bellevue Square area. We had also visited Seattle Woodland Zoo and it was not too far from the hotel. Definitely need a car. The bonus is there are lots of franchise restaurants nearby, even across the street without needing the car.
