Great place to stay in Bothell, WA We were very pleased with our room and the convenient location. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Disappointed This hotel was adequate, but not great for the price. I was especially disappointed with the "breakfast", since I had booked based on it having a free breakfast. Unfortunately, I would not call what they provided a "breakfast". It was a snack, at best, and totally inadequate. On top of that, my room was above the front door and next to the elevator, so I could hear the door bang closed and the elevator doors loudly all the time. The bedspread smelled badly, too. It suited our needs for that particular visit The stay was very good. The room needed a little more attention with respect to cleanliness. Vacuuming was not great, debris missed behind furniture, counter top not cleaned properly.... other than that, it was very nice.Thank you

Quite and comfortable So nice to have a place close to the highway but quite, comfortable and reasonably priced. It was very nice to have a microwave, frig, and cook top. Highly recommend!

Pleasent The only complaint is the room really smelled bad. Even though the room appeared clean, the oder was really bad.

Don't argue with the customer. The front desk lady argued with me about which website I booked through. Who cares lady. I'm not an idiot, I know which website I used, plus even if I was wrong, I'm the customer & you should just agree with me & move on, especially on something as stupid as that. The night manager even had to step in & change the subject because she just kept going on & on about it. I'll be staying at the other extended stay from now on, because that was just ridiculous.
