Extended Stay - Bothel, WA - regular not deluxe This is the regular Extended Stay, not the Extended Stay Deluxe, which is just down the road. Bare bones, but good. Visitors should understand this is not a full service kind of place. Everyone at the front desk was great - very helpful. That makes up for the lack of amenities in the room. You get the very basics - bar soap and coffee. But if you need anything else, the front desk is more than happy to get it for you. The hotel and staff was my home away from home. The convience of the location of this hotel, along with the extremely accomodating staff and value was a very pleasant surprise during my stay. I would recommend it to new as well as "seasoned" travelers. During my stay, I unfortunately, contracted a sinus infection and was given several "extra" free hours before I had to vacate my room. The staff and manager could not have been kinder.

Canyon Park Emergency Stay This was an emergency stay - a water main burst putting my wife and I out of our house for one night. Our needs were for a bed and a bath. We did not need opulence. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The hotel fit the bill for one night without breaking the bank.

Spartan but for the price. . . It was a decent deal. The beds were clean but a little too firm for my comfort. The Kitchen area was sufficient but I sure would have appreciated some sort of measuring cup, hard to do much cooking, even instant mashed potatoes without one. The folks at the front desk were all very nice and very helpful. On days when I need to save I would be fine staying here again but if I can find some place else that offers a little more for a little more $ it would probably be worth it.
