Everything, it's surrounding
The 4th floor carpet was just filthy and it just stood out. The Room itself was adequate but I thought the bed had not been cleaned because it didn't look made like you would see in a hotel Room, so I took it apart and found that the sheet was the wrong size and had been put on sideways.

Take you pets outside to potty! Out stay is usually great with no complaint. This time however needed to switch rooms due to an overwhelming smell of urine from the someone's pet. Over bearing we asked for a new room a few times but was told no. Finally the next night we were able to switch rooms and everything was great after. I'm frustrated we had to pay for a room like we did freezing outside both windows had to stay open and If I could have gotten my money back that night we would of left.

Facilities & room was dirty. Bed sheets and blankets were dirty. No utensils when that’s suppose to be an accommodation.
