The gated lot was very comforting considering the homeless camps and i was able to bring my dog. The carpet needed shampooing but the stuff the maid cleaned was fine.

No coffee machine in rm . Continental b’fest was a joke . No blow dryer. Would not stay there again

My car broke down in Shaw Island. I wasnt able to come to ur hotel A fella on Shaw Island called the hotel for me cuz Im deaf and couldnt make the call to let the hotel know that i couldnt come. Was able to cancel the reservation. we will try ur hotel agsin soon. Thank u for letting us cancel the reservation. Stay safe!! D VanValkenburg

People smoking, loitering at all hours outside, one access point, hair on ceiling/counter and sink in bathroom, noisy-room faced freeway and heating unit old and very noisy. Would not recommend, nor stay at this facility again.

Disappointed “Breakfast” consisted of granola bars and instant oatmeal packets, because “the supply truck didn’t come last Wednesday.” They could have at least gone to the grocery store for bananas or apples! Property needs serious refurbishment, but was at least quiet.
