Very satisfied. I was on the trip home with my new 8mo old Lab. The staff were very accommodating and moved us from the 4th floor to the 1st for the dogs comfort and my peace of mind! "Motley" refused to enter the elevator and also the stairs! So the wonderful staff moved us! I will definately recommend this hotel to any and all.

Terrific! Stayed here 4 nights while I helped my son move out of his place. The kitchenette was perfect with a large refer where we cooked and snacked. The room itself was quite large. Close to mall and tons of eating places. No problems or issues at all and would definitely stay here again.

Tried to give me a smoking room At check-in, the girl at the counter told me that even though I reserved a non-smoking queen-bed room, we would be staying in a smoking room. After a short debate, she gave me a non-smoking twin-bed room for the same price. So, my wife and I slept in different, uncomfortable beds for two days. Other than that, the room was fine.

Extended Stay America - Everett We arrived early afternoon and had booked, and paid for, a room with queen-size bed, non-smoking. On arrival we were told that there was none available in non smoking but they would give us a room with 2 single beds on the ground floor. These beds were so creaky, that we were kept awake most of the night every time one of us turned over. There were no glasses of any kind in the room, so we had to drink water out of a mug. lock used to stay all theime here do not like the new door locks they are difficult to opperate. staying some place else in future

Over all I was satisfied with my room location etc.. My ony complaint is that I stayed there 9 days and my room was never serviced. I would stay there again though.
