Avoid rooms on 4th floor The hotel is completely non smoking but the hallway and the 4th floor rooms smell of their past, the old smoking floor of the hotel. After checking out 2 disgusting smelling rooms on the 4th floor I was given a room on the 3rd floor. This room was great, smelled good, clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel but refuse to be housed on the 4th floor, unless you are a smoker. The front desk clerk was very helpful in making things right.

Great remodel / all new rooms Freshly remodeled rooms are clean and inviting. Staff was welcoming.

simple no hastle Checked in at 2am. Check in was quick & courteous. Room was incredibly clean & week kept. Will definitely return.

Very Clean and Recently updated!!!! Very Clean and New!!! The price was Right! I have to say the previous reviews made me wait til the last minute to commit to a reservation, but when I got there, much to my delight they had already renovated very nicely. I was very pleased with the style, updated colors and new carpet all throughout.The service was good. Would certainly stay here again Great staff, great location, great price, great room. They were in the middle of remodeling but we were never bothered by that, the staff and construction workers were all very pleasant. We plan to stay here again when we are in the Everett area.

Nice re-model All of the rooms are being remodeled. I stayed here before the remodel and the rooms are definitely more inviting now. Warmer colors and of course cleaner. The bed was comfortable, but I don't think it was a new mattress. They didn't upgrade the television either. Same small "tube" TV as before. They definitely need to get some HD tvs installed. Overall a great room and experience for the price.
