Basic Place to stay First experience, opening room door to find we'd been given keys to a room that hadn't been serviced yet: it was a mess. We were quickly given another room. The wi-fi worked, but very very slowly. No cuttlery or plates in the "extended stay" room, had to get a tub of the basics from the front desk. No coffee maker in the room. It was ok beds are old and loud Sucked dirty smelly big clean a lot of cops in and out

don't check in late made a late reservation and I was nearly denied access to the hotel and not given a room even though I was prepaid, took over 30 minutes to check me at 3 in the morning and the check in lady was mean

Poor I was there for 3 days and 2 night and no body clenaned the room they did not change towel either

Uncomfortable!!! My husband and I chose to stay here because we had just moved to the area and needed a place to stay for an extended amount of time while we house hunted. We only ended up staying one night because of how uncomfortable the bed was. We were up most of the night tossing and turning. When we got up the next morning, we were looking forward to a nice breakfast, but instead we got one small display table of granola bars and apples. Not even juice. Overall, our stay here was disappointing.

not impressed at all the hotel staff were pleasant but couldn't be bothered to anything. the lamp by the bed was out for the duration of my stay. i asked 5 times to have the bulb replaced. the bed was so hard and springs so loud, i'd compare it to sleeping on a sheet of plywood that was sitting on tin cans. at least the fridge and the tv worked.

Had to sleep in our car We arrived at the hotel late to check in over Labor Day Weekend. The room we were given said it was non-smoking, but as soon as we opened the door we were hit with smoke smell. Neither my husband or I can sleep in a smoking room due to allergies, The man at the desk checked to see if there were any other rooms, but they were sold out. I asked him why the room was labeled as a non-smoking room when clearly it is a smoking room. He replied that they are not allowed to have smoking rooms on the first flo... read more
