Don't stay here this was an absolutely disgusting hotel. The transient/homeless traffic was very frightening. They allow dogs at this hotel but for 3 days there was a pile of dog crap by door. Mentioned it to night clerk and it remained there the entire 3 days of my stay. There were people wandering the hallways that weren't even booked on that floor. Marginal hotel. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and didn't appear well maintained. I usually avoid thus brand hotel due to a previous experience but took a chance to save a few $ this time around. Unfortunately, this experience just confirms that you get that you pay for and that quality isn't cheap. This hotel stay wasn't my worst hotel stay but could've been a much better experience due the little things that convey a quality brand.

Graffiti carved in elevators and NO Hospitality ! This place needs a makeover and a coast of paint and a scrub AND maybe a few options to ACTUALLY make the people who stay there feel WELCOME....

Hospitality? They tried to over charge me when I checked in by about $66. The lobby door was to be locked at a certain time but wasn't I walked right in. Check-in was painfully slow. I wasn't told any details about the breakfast that was supposedly available. In the room I kept stepping on something sharp between the carpet and linoleum. For the amount I paid I expected a bit more.

very impolite staff We got there at 7pm to check in they told us our rooms were cancelled,since we got there the staff was so rude and impolite terrible experience

If you have to sleep in your car don't stay here I am not happy with Extended Stay. It was one of the worst hotel/motel experiences I have ever had, bar none. First of all, we had travelled a long way and we were tired when we arrived at 10 in the morning. We wanted to put our luggage in the room, shower and change and rest a bit. We were told that we couldn't check in until 3 PM in spite of having a long term reservation, no exceptions. They made me wait until 3 in the afternoon to check in when I had a reservation. They still have smoking/non smoking hotels? The room smelled very badly of cigarette smoke, so we had to change rooms. I'd give this hotel a miss.
