I had booked two different rooms; one for my parents and one for me. We were checking in well past the check-in time, but one of the rooms wasn’t ready yet. We were then given a key and told to wait in the room that’s ready, which was fine. Here’s where it starts.. We got off the elevator on the third floor, immediately smelling cigarette smoke.
