Outside grounds were dirty with garbage all around, garbage cans and ashtrays overflowing and dog poop everywhere.

Overall the best hotel and staff for your buck The grounds have trash and dog poop all around. The stair wells are filthy. Dirty towels have been at one end of the building in stairs for 3 days now.

Aftermath I have just experienced a life changing event. My apartment where i live caught fire. My dog and i barely made it out alive. Being so tireless and trying to recover; extended stay silver lake is clean comfortable and the employees have been really helpful and extremely patient and going the extra way to accommodate.
